You will read that Dominion officials have been and will continue to be
meeting with local elected officials and with the Monongahela National Forest.
It is hard to understand how one can look at their track record in West Virginia
and believe that they anything to “continue”. What about the counties
they have not spoken to yet - Upshur and Doddridge - don’t they matter?
How come Pocahontas County Commissioners warranted the full team from Richmond but in Lewis
and Randolph WV spokesperson Robert C. “Bob” Orndorff went solo?

Here is the actual 2014 Dominion Proposed Pipeline Speakers Schedule
in West Virginia. Note zero meetings during the months of June and July a
and no meetings with the Monongahela National Forest. [1]

This pattern of what Dominion says and what the do is clear from the quotes
on the definition of “proposed” involving the status of the original pipeline
After months of alluding/stating to the public repeatedly this project was NOT
in progress spokesperson Frank Mack, Jim Norvelle’s assistant, spilled the beans
about actually surveying. He stated that they had been surveying in the national
forest.

[1] Not counting the one telephone conference call two months ago on July 2nd
with numerous Dominion officials and FERC executives (recall that FERC
is not involved as this is the pre-filing stage of the pre-filing stage, although
FERC is "considering an alternative route" which would mean that there was
